DineTender - personal offer system using M3
DineTender is a peek to the future how contactless services will create value for both end-users as well as for the companies. The idea of this service is to provide a possibility for the customers to receive special offers from restaurants. In practice, the users touch NFC tag in the restaurant and thus connect themselves to restaurant's local "smart space". For restaurants, the smart space offers a smooth way to be in touch with their customers in a modern way. Technologies used in service are Near Field Communication (NFC) and M3 (http://www.open-m3.org/), which is interoperability solution for ubiquitous environments. This concept is in prototyping phase.
